This is an opportunity for people who would like to work on personal development in a group context. Relating, contact and communicty are part of what a group can offer.
This group is suitable for people with or without previous group experience. It is ongoing with a minimum commitment of one term. It will be an opportunity to talk about your family and personal issues, explore options and gain support.
